The Desk, Library, specialist work, procedures, and decisions belong behind a dedicated owner boundary. The public site receives no database credentials or browser access to private tables.
One decision stays one decision
When an approval link is used, it is tied to a specific prepared request. It is not a browser session and cannot become general access to the platform.
Human authority
A capable system still makes the owner visible.
Steward's specialist agents can research, prepare, verify, and steward a thread. The owner remains the authority for the decisions that have consequences, and the record keeps the reason behind those decisions nearby.
